About Event
WHAT’S ON THE MENU? brings together people working across Vietnam’s F&B, hospitality and lifestyle sectors for an intimate discussion about the businesses shaping the country’s experience economy.
The session focuses on practical operator perspectives rather than polished presentations, exploring what is changing in the market, what is working, where businesses are struggling and where new opportunities may be emerging.
Topics include changing customer expectations, service and experience design, talent and operating costs, partnerships and scaling, the impact of location and real estate, and the growing overlap between hospitality, wellness, community, media and lifestyle.
The discussion brings together five perspectives from across the industry. Announced participants include Trinh Ho, founder of Lady Networking and WorkX Co-working Space and Cafe, and Vincent Li, lawyer at Ascentium Vietnam and founder and editor of Vietnam Operations. Additional speakers include an owner of a boutique hotel chain, a manager of a Michelin-starred restaurant and an owner of a premium wellness centre, with their identities to be announced.
The program begins with reception from 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM, followed by a focused conversation from 4:15 PM to 5:10 PM. From 5:10 PM, attendees move downstairs for drinks and informal networking with speakers and professionals from restaurants, hotels, property, wellness, media and related sectors.
The event is designed for founders, restaurant operators, hotel professionals, F&B leaders, investors, property professionals, community builders, wellness operators, creatives, marketers and media professionals who are building, operating, investing in or exploring Vietnam’s experience economy.
