The Power of Access: Opening Doors for Women in Business

BritCham Vietnam and the Minh Đức Foundation bring together founders, entrepreneurs and senior corporate leaders for an evening focused on the role access, networks and sponsorship can play in helping women-led businesses grow. The evening opens with a panel of senior women leaders discussing the doors that shaped their careers, the people who helped open them and how established leaders can create opportunities for others. Speakers include Ly Le Huong, Chief Corporate and External Affairs Officer, Legal, Compliance at Prudential; Michelle Pham, General Counsel at Minh Đức Foundation; and Alexandra Smith, British Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City. The discussion leads into the launch of Mở Cửa · Open Doors, a 12-month sponsorship programme pairing established women founders with senior business leaders who commit to opening their networks, making introductions and actively championing each founder's growth.
