You learn by playing — working closely with the people in the room, under real pressure, with plenty of laughter along the way. You'll run three simulations, each putting communication under a different kind of strain: limited information, limited feedback, and a tight deadline. After each one, we debrief — where the message stayed clear, where it broke, and what that tells you about how people work together on an ordinary day. Two things happen at once.
